I understand the following enrolment policy: For holiday program enrolments: Fees are required to be paid in full in advance and no refunds will be available without a medical certificate. For TERM CLASSES: Enrolment is for the full year of 2024 and will remain current unless cancelled in writing (e-mail). Any changes to enrolment (ie, cancellation, decrease or increase to the number of classes taken) MUST be processed PRIOR to the commencement of the upcoming term, otherwise the customer is liable for the full fees for that term. Term fees are due by the first week of term. Any fees that remain unpaid after week 2 of term will incur a $25 administration charge. I understand that if I cancel my enrolment after the commencement of the term any fees already paid will not be refunded (unless with medical certificate or family emergency)

Dance is a physical activity that involves a range of movements. I understand and agree that for my child participating in any dance class, workshop, rehearsal or performance, there is a possibility of physical injury or death. I voluntarily agree, therefore, to assume all risks and responsibility for any such injury or accident, which might occur to me or my child during any of The Studio - Dance and Arts classes, rehearsals, performances, or activities. I also exempt, release, and indemnify The Studio - Dance and Arts, its owners, agents, volunteers, assistants, employees, guest artists, faculty members, and/or students from any and all liability claims, demands, or causes of action whatsoever from any damage, loss, injury, or death to me, my children, or property which may arise out of or in connection with participation in any classes or activities conducted by The Studio - Dance and Arts. I further hereby voluntarily agree to waive my rights and that of my heirs and assigns to hold The Studio - Dance and Arts, its owners, agents, volunteers, assistants, employees, guest artists, faculty members, and/or students liable for such damage, loss, injury, or death.
